If you ever call any of our telephone numbers and get a recording that says, "The number you have reached is no longer working or has been disconnected. Cleveland UQDSO Message 023", there is a malfunction at our telephone service provider.

Upon receipt of your message, we will e-mail you or call you back and provide you with a cellular telephone number to use for contacting our personnel.
