We have been in the material handling business since 1973 and have had ownership of Neon Material Handling, Inc., formerly Clarklift of Cleveland, Inc. since 1986.
In a situation that is similar to that of the automobile industry and its current philosophy of dealer consolidation, our relationships with the manufacturers that we had represented for many years have ended.
Our philosophy and principles of doing business have not changed. We scrutinize the products we represent thoroughly and analyze our relationships with the manufacturers we work with carefully. Not being tied exclusively to any one manufacturer for anything we do gives us the luxury of choosing only the very best products for our own use and for our customers.
- First and foremost, we do not sell anything just to make a sale. When we sell something, it must be of the highest quality and have exceptional support from the manufacturer.
- It must be a product that we have high confidence in. It must be a product that we feel we can service and maintain to our customers’ highest level of satisfaction.
- It must be a product that we want to own for our own use and do own and use in our business. We have always felt that we have represented and sold the best products available. Our assessment of what we desire to represent and sell has changed over the past few years.
- There are many alternative product lines that can be purchased at varying levels of savings, however we look for a product in which the quality, reliability, durability, and safety of the product far outweighs the importance of the initial purchase price differential.
We would be happy to provide quotations for products, or to consult with you on your purchase from others with product comparisons and analysis of features and projected benefits based on our nearly 40 years of experience.
